Do Product Leaders get Corner offices or the number of product folks becoming CEOs is predominantly less?

Biggest disservice the military (USMC in particular is bad for this, I think) has done for me is give me what I would almost describe as a “fear” of managers, senior managers, PPMDs etc. I know it’s irrational, no manager is gonna act like a salty Ssgt, but I always feel like I’m walking on thin ice.

Paranoid I’m going to be fired for low hours. Had a busy October and hit hours, was very slow last month and was like 30 hours short of target, and have been sick with Covid this month and missed a solid week of work, plus we have the holidays coming up. I was hoping to avoid two consecutive slow months, but it seems inevitable. How worried should I be? Firm hasn’t laid off anyone yet …. Class of 2021 for reference

Should I have done lateral recruiting instead of campus recruiting? Are experienced hires getting paid higher?
