I’m 24 working at a no name consultancy firm as a strategy consultant. It’s better than MBB in terms of working hours but can’t see a future here. What would you guys recommend as a next step? I don’t like working long hours BUT like to work with smart people and I’m not surrounded by such smart people in this firm.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?
