I’m a 2025 graduate. I’ve been interning in my company since January, 4 months later they took interviews and all of them went well except one. They extended my internship for around 40k pm for 6 months. In this period, I have become a very integral part of my teams workflows. I have led and handled a $4M project POC project tech stack end to end, developed models and delivery went super good . In this period, How much can I ask for? Primary Skills: ML,DataScience,GeoSpatial Data Analysis.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth.
