Im a CS graduate with ~60% CGPA, seeking guidance on starting my tech career. I'm motivated to learn but feel lost about how to begin. The vastness of the field-web dev, DSA, AI/ML-feels overwhelming without mentorship. I can commit full-time to upskilling but need a clear, focused learning path. What should I prioritize? How can I stay consistent and become job-ready despite my academic score? Any advice would mean a lot. Thank you!

I was accosted last night at the bar when some guy overheard me telling my date I worked at Apple. Lots of expletives and "go back to where you're from" rhetoric. Do people really feel this way? So far, everyone I've met has been so welcoming.

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?

How do I resign?
I'm sort of new to my current job and I certainly don't like the work here and I've informed my manager about this earlier twice or even more.
But my manager has been very kind and supportive, whenever I ask for support and appreciates me too in scrum calls, but somehow I don't like the work.

If I'm getting a better opportunity, how do I resign and what do I tell my manager?

Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I enjoy the thinking of UX design and am comfortable designing interfaces but I’m mostly unsure of the process of working with an UX team. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Out of context question.

Does anyone know 80G foundations that we can donate to, who could give something worthy in return?

One example, ISKCON membership. It costs 35k, but you get stays at ISKCON guest houses domestic/internationally at minimal costs of room maintenance.
