Compensation offered is nearly same.

Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?

Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. Being a technical PM feels like I have less ownership.
All decision making is done in the presence of engineering and data science. In addition to that there is another PM that actually leads the UI of our overall application so often times they are the ones directly interacting with a user and giving us requirements very much in a waterfall way. Is this the nature of technical product management or there’s something that I’m not doing right?

I've come to the conclusion that although I can succeed in consulting, my preference is to own the roadmap and have a larger influence on the 'what' for a product instead of offering recommendations and executing on another PMs backlog. I am onstantly getting through the Hiring Manager rounds for the companies I am interviewing for but after the peer rounds with PM/Senior PMs I am getting rejected. Ine of the companies was Walmart which had 2 back to back interviews with a Group and Senior PM and I got a reject. Can the fellow PMs give me some guidance as to what I maybe missing.

This group really makes me appreciate my situation. I am fully remote at a remote first employer who does not care where where I work as long as it doesn't affect my residency and pay in the territory I was hired. (ie working in Costa Rica and Mexico 6 months but need to be back in Canada ever so often to maintain citizenship status)
