I'm a IT recruiter with 2 years exp in Staffing Industry. Although, I like my job, I was always curious about Business Analyst role as it's more client facing and requires a data driven perspective. I've decided to switch my career and become a Business Analyst. However, I'm little confused on the courses/degree I would need and whether I'd need them at all to move to an IT BA role. As I haven't seen many with background shifting to BA, I'm lil worried. Any help woul be appreciated. Thanks!
