Is it OK to switch only after 2-3 months of joining?

I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?

Home reno financing question. Have a big project coming up in the $120-150k range. Funding sources are:
- 90k from a heloc around prime
- 10k from a credit card that offers promo checks at 2-3% for 12-18 months
- 375k in a brokerage
- 5-6k per month cash that I can put towards the project, loans, or brokerage

I don't want to stop funding the brokerage because my FIRE plan is less numbers based than "hoard like dragon until it's enough" but maybe I should... How would you optimize?

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it II be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities.
