Looking for an opportunity outside how much I can negotiate service based companies in current market without offer in hand. I might relieved immediately since I'm bench if I put paper. I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.
