This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Question 3 probation is for how many months.

Tell your director that you want to take more ownership in presenting your work as part of sharpening your leadership and presentation skills. Frame it as growth, not a credit grab. Gotta play the game with tact and subtlety. If you push too hard on recognition, it can backfire and make you look entitled and selfish.
Unless this is a deliberate effort to shut you out, play it smart and try to be diplomatic first. Co-present when possible, take initiative in sharing strategy updates with the broader team, etc. Create your own visibility and people will notice.
Also, maybe your situation is a unique one, but I can’t imagine why a senior strategist would expect someone from another office to know about their involvement on projects.
