I’m about to get an offer from Visa for Staff Ai Engineer role. Offer and all should be fine but i’m skeptical after seeing so many negative reviews of layoffs etc. Can someone please give insights on work culture and job security. I’m looking for stable and safe environment to join.

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?
