I’m an ACD with absolutely no conceptual work in my book, it’s mostly a design-heavy book. I do want conceptual work, 360 campaigns. An agency did approach me where I get to do that but asking me to take a title/salary cut to Sr AD. Should I:
A) Do it
B) still be at least be able to get ACD?
C) Or just position myself as a designer and keep climbing higher maybe to a design director role?
I don’t mind going conceptual or design-heavy cos I love both but I do want solid money.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

A year ago I moved to an HCOL area to accept a new position, however, I do not go into the office daily. I just go whenever my team needs to be in office. Was wondering has anyone moved out of an HCOL area to save money on rent and was it frowned upon when your firm found out?
