I'm an employee at a startup since May 2023. Due to a lack of projects, I briefly joined an MNC from January 11 to January 18, 2024, but left after failing the background verification. I hadn't resigned from my startup, so I rejoined and have been there since.
PF issues
Issue 1: The MNC opened and closed my PF account within those 8 days.
Issue 2: My startup PF account shows a break in service from January 11, displaying "NA" instead of the current active status.
Please guide me on resolving

A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?

As a principal trainer in Epic EMR I was offered 65k, does that seem reasonable to anyone else in the field. According to my research it is very low.
