I'm an SAP hybris (commerce cloud) developer with 8+ yrs of experience nd wanted to switch to Salesforce (probably not as a developer, may be CRM side). But I couldn't decide if this switch benefits my career in the long run when thinking abt opportunities whether my previous experience would be considered by recruiters or will I be treated as a fresher, abt package that they offer, do they meet the market standards etc.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. Is there a special title at your company for a Project Manager that works on product development and not an IT project manager?

I'm currently working with an agency who agreed to net 30 terms, but has been late with every invoice so far...It's probably a lost cause on this particular job, but Im wondering if there's anything I can do in the future to avoid this situation.
