Hello! Anyone work at GE Healthcare?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

How did you go from consultant to Director?
Congrats on the new role.
More context: I actively sought out the role as part of my effort to get out of consulting for a more normal life
In a prior move, one thing I wished I'd asked about and negotiated for was 401k matching. Turned out they didn't match in Year 1. My new boss said if I'd told him during the hiring process, he'd have built in that I'd get it immediately.
Working at a privately held company will be such an upgrade! Comp aside, the culture of not having public shareholders to answer to will be so nice. You own yourselves
Only thing to consider is that your pay probably won't grow at the same pace as it would in consulting, but doubling your pay starting out should make up for that. Enjoy!
Go for it
Don’t second guess it, just go. Clearly you were looking for a reason so this seems like the right play
What else is important to you other than comp? And how does the new comp break down as far as base, bonus, etc.? Just based on the limited info I'd say jump, you actively sought it out, and you get a big bump. Congrats!
I would go for it if you want a change!
Is the location where you want to settle long term?
...other things I need to consider before making the jump
Sounds great
Bye Felecia
What’s the new total comp?
Are you a consultant jumping to director?
Lolz power to you I’m doing the same. That Director life 🙌🏻
Nice job!
Time to go buddy. Don’t look back once you’ve made the category choice
Just did something similar - only higher level. When you get that kind of opportunity, jump on it. Consulting will be there if you ever decide to switch back
