My district posted an elementary academic coach position last week. Do you all think this would be a good move? Considering budget cuts and my experience or lack thereof.

One of my staff is quitting. I'm secretly so happy because he is really bad at being an auditor. I don't have to answer the same question 8 times a week, re-do all the work he did after 3 rounds of feedback and hours of coaching, and have time to actually get the my own work done.
