We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.
Now I missed my period and pregnant. I am panicking a lot, not sure if I want a baby right now. Definitely i cant deal with pregnancy constantly knowing how much u drinking could have affected the fetus and if i could ever endure the consequences it would bring upon the baby
Help me understand if my baby will be fine or not.

Can anyone tell me about infusion nursing? How did you get into it? (I see a lot of job postings but they all want experience.) Dyslexia! After having our kindergartener son tested (privately) related to ADHD, we were told he may have dyslexia too (which would explain why he struggles so much with phonics but is amazing at sight words). He has a very high IQ. As a voracious reader, I am finding myself unexpectedly distraught that something that I have loved so much will be such a struggle for him, and worrying that it will affect his motivation and may steer him away from things he may otherwise love.

I don’t want things to go “back to normal,” and lately I’ve been reading what feels like a lot of disingenuous arguments for reopening “for people’s mental health.” As someone who was suffering from the way things were before and is now thriving from the slowdown (both in work and personal life), I wish we could all stop pretending like we were living in some mental health utopia before the shut down.

I am in a period of growth in my role (in house and getting more exposure to top management) - im grateful for it but I also have constant anxiety during and after work hours. Does anyone who’s been in a similar position have tips for riding this wave? Hoping it’ll get easier.

I hope my father dies before my mom. Otherwise he’d consider it my duty to drop my life & move home to cook & clean for him, like my mother does. My mom works full time but is expected to take care of all things in the house, as well as do the accounting for my father’s business. He’s helpless without her, & is a sexist asshole. (IE my mom sprained her wrist and has carpel tunnel but she’s still expected to wash his dishes and he refuses to just buy a dishwasher). Please God, let him die first.

Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.
