I've been interviewing for a role since May 4th. I've had 8 interviews: virtual on-site, team members, a case study presentation panel interview, a surprise chat w/the VP of CS. 2.5 months in the process... Called the recruiter today asking for final decisions, told we've hired a lot in the last qrtr, trying to work through finance and reorgs. I'm super upset that they've wasted so much of my time to keep me warm in limbo with no regard to the amount of time I resources wasted

Im having sucidal thoughts again. I worked hard last year to get through all the crap and the guy I was seeing - during a fight just used my past to hurt me and the words struck deep.
I feel like I'm back to square one. Here comes sitting in bed for days and not being able to do anything. :(
They say it gets better but does it really.

Anyone experience their LO’s going through sleep regressions around 1.5 year mark? My daughter has always been a great sleeper but lately she’s been waking up around 3am every night sitting up in her crib and crying. Once I go in her room change her diaper and give her water, she seems okay and falls pretty quickly back to sleep. Any advise and suggestion is welcome!

I’m a Talent Sourcer at my company and tend to take on lots of side projects. My boss recently ask me to make “reports and trends” a priority and asked for data to about what is driving the market and how we are comparing. She also wants me to make a proposal for this project but it’s such a large task I don’t know how to start. Looking for ways other than litigation to penalize fraudsters for cancelling transactions and stealing “pending” monies. Can this information be given to the credit bureau in order to negatively affect their credit? Or, anything else that can be done to hammer down on these types of issues, bad debt as well.

What is the remote working policy at your agency?

Sitting in a meeting and the stock image is brown-skinned Black women having a conversation. Tell me why the client said we need to use more "approachable" women and brings up a stock image of three VERY light-skinned women and a white woman in almost the exact same pose. Everyone agreed that these women were more approachable and relatable and deadass, not one person could come up with a reason why. Like??

How far into your career did it take before working at a place that had black people in leadership positions? I have yet to work at a place where that's a reality...
