Offers:
Dell Technologies
Fixed: ₹31.5 LPA
Employer PF: ₹1.89 LPA
Bonus: ₹2.52 LPA (yearly performance based)

Barclays (BA4 role)
Fixed (including employer PF): ₹27.7 LPA
Bonus: 8–22% (performance-based)

I’m slightly inclined toward compensation at Dell, but I have some concerns about the tech stack and long-term growth in that role.

Which one I should go for?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

What kind of feedback do you give as an interviewer at your firm (e.g. qualitative, quantitative, thumbs up, thumbs down, veto)? Does everyone get in a room or do you just submit the forms to one hiring partner, and/or to a black box? If you don't click with the student, what would make you still give them a thumbs up? Sorry if my questions are a little neurotic... !

But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.
