I'm currently interviewing for an SDE2 role at JPMC. With 3.5 years of experience in Java backend development and a current CTC of ₹16 LPA, I performed well in the interviews. How do you stay up to date on creative openings? I try to keep as up to date on new business wins and check on LinkedIn (job posts and searching for posts about openings), the Avail List and connect with as many recruiters as possible. But as most jobs aren’t even posted, how do you stay on top of it? I’m exhausted.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road.
