I’m currently on an H1B visa (1st year) and my GC process has not yet started. I want to move to UK for 1-2 years to explore job opportunities and then return back to US if I don’t like it there. Is that feasible? I can also try to see if I can get inter company transfer to UK office. Ideally what would be an ideal time to move to UK in case I wanna return back to US if I don’t like it there? TIA

I don't like my job, the responsibilities and tasks aren't right for me or my lifestyle.

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

Got a job offer from small consulting firm (<200 people) and they are ready to file my GC from day1. About to resign in next couple of weeks once I receive my h1 approval.
But Deloitte sent a notification that they are restarting Perm process. Currently with Deloitte - nothing has been filed. They have the JD and all the documents from my side but haven’t filed pwd yet. Stay or move out .?
