I’ve been offered a Business Analyst role at Barclays (BA4 grade) pune location. I’m already aligned as a client resource. Given my experience and current compensation, what would be the ideal and maximum fixed CTC I can negotiate for?Also, is BA4 a fair equivalent to Accenture Level 9, or should I push for AVP grade? Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
