Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

What’s recognition? 😂
I have seen companies have implemented gratitude / recognition programs where you could get points that could be converted into gift cards or can be used to buy products online on their program website. Some companies have award / recognition ceremonies.
I personally prefer gift cards or raise as if i am out of money and in trouble, the certificate won’t get me any money in pawn shop.
They do this at UBS, it’s called kudos. You get points and they are like £2-5 in your pay packet. And then collect points to buy things from a catalogue, in the UK it’s basically the John Lewis website in catalogue form.
£5 is 50 points…. And that’s the max u give someone. Max u get a quarter is 200 points to give out. Takes years to buy something decent so just buy something crap lol 😂

Ok Peggy, Ill say it again
UBS has a Kudos program where people can give you monthly points and the points can get you stuff - from basic things like fancy soaps to like expensive things like treadmills
We have the points system, convertible to gift cards or actual purchases from the program catalog (but the best bang for buck is a gift card). I like it because everyone in the company gets a budget to spend throughout the year - allows for peer even recognition which also elevates visibility to their bosses. Because sometimes the higher ups have no idea what is really extra effort or special circumstances. And most of us have no control over someone else’s paycheck, but we can throw them some fun money in addition to kind words.
Oh, Amazon just loves to hand out E-Swag, e.g. tee shirts and peccy pins, instead of pay increases.
We used Bonusly at a previous job and I really enjoyed. It was a great way to earn good rewards and get to see what other people/teams were up to. Very easy to use as well.
Citi has “gratitude” system where you can nominate your colleagues and they get rewards “point”. You can turn the points into gift card etc. Pretty robust but very subjective. Citi also has “leaders in excellence” awards for top 1% employees. They sends you to “trips” with other LEA winners when you get awarded.
