None in the foreseeable future 😉
You didn’t ask when you were going through the interview process?
I did...and got different answers 😂
Depends on case. Anywhere from every week to alternate week (most likely) to 1wk/ mo.
Not really, not something you can plan.
Over 50% - they frame you at 50 but it ends up being higher.
I have never worked there but I’m not sure you can. They push this idea of “unpaid leave whenever you want” but I didn’t see it as a super great benefit for what my goals were. Wonderful leadership and great people there. But tough to believe you can dictate travel terms.
Right now I‘d say none.
At the moment we don‘t travel at all.
However, usually it depends on the project. For consultants it’s 4d/w. For design & engineering (in CEMA) no regular travel is foreseen, but could happen based on client needs and requests.
Which region are you based in?
Not sure if it differs between regions, but in CEMA we have different titles for „generalist consultants“ and anyone who codes (Engineers and Designers).
