I currently work from home, but it’s not a permanent wfh position. I just had my second baby, my parents live in the guest house and they babysit the girls for me while I work. My salary covers all expenses and I am able to pay my parents 1500$/month to babysit daily.
Eventually I’ll be asked to go back into the office. The office is 7hours away from my home….. ARE THERE ANY INSURANCE CO. HIRING REMOTELY?

I don't know why companies think TikTok is a good way to advertise their products. It's not like people are going to listen to the entire ad before they move on.

Hello! Looking for general feedback on base salary for AVP in FP&A in insurance?

I’m trying to gauge salary expectations as a workers comp supervisor/manager. I have 7 years experience, all in California workers comp, and the last 2 years have been as a supervisor/manager. I have 3 designations and experience with difficult, technical files.

What do you or your counterparts make in a similar role? What’s a ballpark I should expect to be in?

Anyone freelance on the side? Curious how much people are charging hourly for Salesforce Admin work these days...?

Are there any books about how commercial operations generally work? Regardless of industry (for the most set) - strategic planning, sales & ops planning, financial planning & analysis? Just like a 101 or 201 on it, could it even be a textbook. I can’t find much. Thank you
