I'm feeling stuck right now. After almost a year at the same firm, the long hours (80+) and poor management of current projects are starting to get to me. I know a new project could help, but I see no end in sight. Consulting seemed like the answer after I found working in industry to be boring, but now I'm so frustrated that I'm not thriving. How can I manage this... or should I start planning a fulfilling exit?
