I’m finally ready to leave a toxic environment after two years. My boss is 2,000 miles away, so everything is remote. I dread the thought of a face-to-face resignation over Zoom. Would it be terrible to just email my notice and deal with the fallout later? I have other references lined up, so I’m not worried about him. What would you do?

- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.

- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

Hi fishes, I have joined new organization 2 weeks ago and I think have been low bowled in terms of compensation. Now I got 2 offers which are better than what I have joined. How to deal with such situation. I am not greedy but joined 8LPA with 4.3 yoe.. is it okay or less? FYLI can't abscond as I have company laptop (WFH right now).
