I recently got an offer from Amazon for sde new grad and I’m thinking if I should join or not as I have heard a lot about toxic work culture. I’m getting a base of 129k + 27k joining bonus and 94k in stocks. It is higher than my current salary but I’m getting a lower title. What should I do? Should I negotiate on salary ? Or on the role? Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
