Im having a real hard time of it recently, and feeling like a failure
I was in a fantastic job many years ago, but due to a disability, I had to quit and become a carer. 10 years later I done my AAT level 2,3 &4. but due to being a carer I was only aloud at the time 16 hours a week away from who I cared for, roughly 10 - 12 hours of that was based in college.
I completed my AAT now that my children are older I was to return back to work, but nobody will give people a chance to gain experience.

Anyone have any experience interviewing for/working for any of the Blue Cross insurances?

I’ve gotten to the point that if I’m not completely slammed busy with work sweating my ass off, I feel bored and have caught myself before asking for more work, trying to remember to enjoy the lulls

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

2/ Don’t wait, just jump or apply to other roles
3/ Study and go back to grab MBA (considering MIT or Stanford MSX - 1 YR)
