I’m in a new company, Fonda, and 3 months into my role, I didn’t get a confirmation from my company and I had to chase for an answer. 1 week later, the HR sent an email, together with big boss, that my probation got extended for a month because i “didn’t quite meet the required standards”. Before this email, my direct in-charge told me that she had no issue with my performance and that I’m very meticulous and detailed in my administrative work.

Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal. The lawyer says that everything is good on her hand but I am not sure if she is the deciding factor here. Can a home close without a physical appraisal ?
