I’m in-house at a foundation and trying to think about what comes next. I came up as a copywriter (again, in-house) so I’m not super clear on all the marketing things like when a tagline is different from a value prop, when a comms plan is different from a marketing plan. Is this stuff I need to really study if I want to pursue brand marketing/management outside of this company? I am good at communicating what we do to different audiences.

I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else.
