I’m in negotiation with Barclays they have offered me 28.5 lpa base which is around ~ 38% hike. I’ve been in Amex for now 1.4years and have total of 5 yrs of work ex. I’m quite confused what to do here. Given if I accept this offer I’ll have to leave my bonus and I’m quite comfortable here, there is growth, wlb and no stress comes my what so ever. But at the same time I don’t see myself reaching at that much money in next 1.5yrs (best case scenario). I’m at B30. Any comments, suggestions?

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!
