I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks

Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

With the global economic situation as is, is it worth the risk to change to a job I know i'd like more with less pay, and potentially less job security?

Tech company lay offs….are they soon to be inevitable?!

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Role 1.
-95k base, no bonus, better benefits.
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.
