I'm interested in producing/coordinating on bigger productions and would like to contact certain agencies directly, but I know they receive tons of emails every week with desperate/hopeful freelancers shooting their shot. I can't say I have the coolest portfolio out there but I'm a strong team member and am always positively recommended by those who have worked with me before. I'm also a hilarious coworker.

Any advice for cold-emailing agencies and how to stand out these days?

Question for funds folks, since no one is around to answer any questions and I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund? Is it based on reputational risk or from a sales perspective in case someone rejects both funds, any other issues? Thanks!
