I’m interested to know what kind of remote equipment Salesforce provides new employees. I’m interviewing for a Solution Architect role and it’s a fully remote position with their CSG. Is there a stipend for office equipment? Do they provide monitors and a docking station? I haven’t been able to find any info about this.

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. Omnistudio - may you get built in to Salesforce core. Hate how I have to install a package every release, test it, and when there is a break fix that cycle repeats. This is on top of those freaking data that drives functionalities (omniscripts, flex, IP) are all records and tough to sync to non-full copy.
