I’m interviewing for a role that would finally get me bigger brand exposure, but during the interview they kept emphasizing how lean the team is and how everyone jumps in wherever needed. I cannot tell if that means strong learning or constant overload with no boundaries. Would you still take it if the experience looks great but the setup sounds stretched?

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response.
