Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I don’t know that I see the harm in it. But I would definitely make your intentions known to the hiring manager working with. Explain that you really want this current role, but you’d be willing to accept the second role as a back up if need be. I think transparency day is going to be your friend here.
I’ve always been told by HR that there’s no harm in applying for multiple roles. That way, if you’re not the best fit for one position, they can consider you for another. I don’t see anything wrong with applying for multiple roles.
I’d reach out to your HR or recruiting contact to ask what the difference between the two roles is. If they’re similar roles just on different teams, ask them if you can be considered for both roles. If one is more senior than the other, then ask which they think you’re a better fit for.
