A used 7 series BMW is a money pit, don’t do it! The Porsche I don’t really know know much about but cross out the BMW please!
Common issues are you are buying a used high-end car that will inevitably require expensive maintenance and repairs. There are plenty of parts, but even when not getting them from the dealer, they are pricey. Unless you are getting something super low mileage, I wouldn't consider it without complete maintenance records and a trusted mechanic giving it a long look.
I like Panamera however I could've bought 735i for $3000 w/300k on it back in 1995, depends what your long term plans are. Me whichever car will be the daily driver & will get me to 300000 miles over a 10yr period like the v6 I owned.
