I’m currently an undergraduate still finishing my pre-reqs but my goal is get an MBA. I was planning on attending Washington State Uni for it. I want to work in management/finance but I don’t want to be an accountant. I don’t know many of the abbreviations for degrees and companies, etc, but want to know if I should rethink where to get my MBA or if I should should a different path? Will I be able to get accepted into an MBA program with a BA from a community college?

I am completing 3 months in TCS in two days. My project experience has been very poor and I had planned to resign asap. I also have a really good offer in hand. But now that my 3 months (probation) tenure is about to be over in 2-3 days I am planning to quit after probation. Someone guide me, should I wait for probationer confirmation or resign anyway? I have been a paralegal or legal assistant since 2010. I have worked for small and large firms and a TPA. I've worked in L&E, PI, and ID. Billing hours gave me nightmares. Right now I'm in a hybrid paralegal/LA position where I'm responsible for all of the docketing and supporting the managing partner and 1 associate and their 90+ ID caseload. I make a lot of mistakes everywhere I work. I feel so incompetent. Should I just abandon this career path?

Are roles in large established FMCG (Unilever, P&G, Mondelez etc) still a good training ground for people early in their careers?

When I compare two Word docs with comment bubbles in order to generate a PDF redline...all of the Word comment bubbles show up in tiny, unreadable margins. It looks like the program doesn’t adjust the margins when comparing, I can’t figure out how to fix it.

I used to use Change-Pro (which I understand is also owned by Litera) where this was not an issue.
