Oh the truth...

It's been over 5 weeks since my final interview with Deloitte for M role. I've had a few email exchanges with the recruiter with a standard response that 'partners are reviewing their resource requirements and we will update you ASAP'. The recruiter always adds it was a positive interview.
I don't understand why it is taking so long to arrive at a decision? Is it normal at Deloitte UK?

Have you tried Rover or one of those dog walking apps? I feel like once you build a relationship with clients on there, you'll start getting separate jobs and/or referrals for people outside of the app that could make it turn into a career. I'd start with one of the apps though!
Dude use Rover, it’s like dog walker Uber. We found both our walkers there and now pay them off the app on the side.
If I was offering those services, I would go to FB, like a community page or a neighborhood app like Nextdoor. I’ve seen a ton of postings from college and high school kids offering the same services. I think you would get better results reaching out to your community. I’m sure there are companies that do this as well, seek those out and apply directly through the website.
