Yup, the pendulum has swung the other way. I’m too direct to ghost though so still business as usual on my end.
Other “professionals” would understand you have current commitments and try their best to work with you as they would want to in your position.

I am always hesitant to give large blocks of time if I have them bc I feel like it shows I’m not busy enough and could be considered a red flag.
lol no one cares if you’re busy or not. It’s just makes scheduling easier. Odds are the interviewer has a busier calendar than the person they interview. So all times available for a week helps so much.
Just looking at this woman’s LinkedIn profile, she is a ONE PERSON SHOP. Meaning she is probably working from home, little resources, little experience (as she can’t even afford to grow her business or hire). Huge 🚩 🚩 🚩
This is trash advice, as a recruiter and a career coach. I work with my candidates to find a time that works for everyone. We can all be flexible.
