Well if it’s not your main brand, you were put there because you’ve got bandwidth. Someone made a decision to keep you billable so your options are pretty limited. Either ride it out or look for a new gig.

Feeling confident this is a thought bubble above the head of basically everyone at every agency right now.
I’ve handled it a couple ways, you can kind of be slow and quiet and they will eventually move on to someone else to exploit once you stop delivering (they know they are abusing you, you won’t get in trouble). Or you can just tell your primary team you can’t hit a deadline because of the secondary teams work load.

“I can not” & “no” are full sentences.
As a junior-mid level art director I physically could not work weekends because I had another job serving at a bar. In my senior career, I’ve always had plans on weekends & politely declined weekend work. Despite setting healthy boundaries, I’ve still climbed the ladder.
An occasional late night for a launch is understandable, but you also have some autonomy to say to yourself, “no this is actually above my job description” & set that boundary with your team.
Seriously? This is the way of the world at every agency I’ve worked at. You were assigned because the IRI Latino reports showed you had capacity to help out or you have a skill set that the team needs. You don’t have much of a choice. Give it your best or take your chances at another agency.
(I hate autocorrect. I meant to write utilization reports not IRI Latino reports.)
Consultant 1, that’s not been my experience but I hope you’re correct and the tides are turning. If so, then my advice would be to approach your manager and ask for help in prioritizing the workload.
