Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Probably not
Which firm are you going to. I'm sure we've got access to the policy to help you out with
Usually have to be there for a set period of time prior to birth.
Yea, you’re not getting anything from the new firm.
There's a minimum 3 months employment before you get Pat leave. Kpmg is 6 or 12 months I think
Thanks. Not planning to take it immediately. I have to check options with the recruiter.
I would really consider delaying the move
... the child have been born BEFORE the hiring start date?
You won’t get it. Ask them to work with you on it
EY requires 1 year to get 16 weeks.otherwise you get only 2.
My daughter was born 4 days after I joined the firm, I didn’t get even a day off; however, when my 2nd one was born I got all the 16 weeks
So.... Here's the update. New employer (Salesforce) said that I'd be eligible to get paternity leave benefits regardless of when the child was born. I do have to take it before he turns 1 year old.
