I'm really interested in breaking into Strategy consulting, I definitely think I can float at an MBB, but don't know if I have the education record they're looking for (BA &MA Acc, 3.42 & 3.1 respectively) non-target school.

I have ~4 YoE @ PwC working in a transformational capacity (technology, data analytics, process) and really want to move into strategic growth & operations consulting.

What other firms would you recommend I apply at/general advice - have interview with ZS this week.

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?

Do you ever just want to drop everything, leave PA and travel for 6-12 months? I’m 3.5 years in, almost a CPA and content in my job, but for a solid year that thought has entered my mind many times.
