I earned my Sterile Processing Technician certification and was excited to start my career in the profession. Unfortunately, my first position ended sooner than expected, and despite actively searching for other opportunities, I had difficulty finding employment within the field. As a result, I took some time away and worked in other areas.

I have my first case study presentation interview coming up in 2 weeks. I have never done this type of interview. Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
