Don’t go for RD, The interest rate is 5-5.5%, assuming ur in 30% tax bracket, effective interest rate would be 4%. Current inflation rate is 6.95% so effectively, u’ll have negative -3% return.
If you want a risk free investment, u can do SIP( equivalent to RD) in debt funds, that will give you upto 7-8% return.
For anything more than 9, u need to have some exposure toward equity.
Invoice discounting gives flexibility to liquidate amount anytime and even deals are guranteed so risk is very low. But i was thinking to invest slightly higher amout where i can make good returns and with very less risk maybe some bonds dont have much idea on it...so was thinking to take advice if anyone have any better idea to invest
