I have walked out of a job before and then I switched careers completely so i wasn’t worried about burning a bridge. There was one Job in this industry that I was pretty over, I ended up quitting and writing a resignation letter, i was so glad that I didn’t burn the bridge because insurance is a small world. You can do whatever you want. Do what you need to for your health and wellness. You can also do an active job search! Employers like if you are still employed.

Probably because you like having a roof over your head and food in your belly. Spend all your free time looking for a new job and bounce as soon as you can.
That’s a really tough spot to be in, and a lot of people have been there. Wanting to walk out usually means something isn’t right.
If you can, try not to make a decision in the heat of the moment. Give yourself a little space, get through the day, and think it through when you’re not as overwhelmed.
At the same time, no job is worth your mental health long term. If it’s consistently toxic, it may be time to start planning your exit—even if it’s not today.
