I’m starting an S-Tier MBA program next year targeting Product Management roles.

I can get any Microsoft certification for free through my company. Are any of them a worthwhile addition to a tech PM CV? I’m planning to sign up for one and complete it if that’s the case before resigning.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.

Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.
