I’m struggling to find the right balance of team vs solo working with my partner. It seems like they want more solo time than I do but then our ideas only feel like they come from one of us or the other, not collaborative, as we have different tastes. I think this is becoming an issue to our CDs. I’m at a small shop so getting a different partner isn’t an option.
