I’m trying to find out the benefits at a company I was offered a job at, but I also don’t want them to know I’m trying to see what they are.

Glassdoor didn’t help. 😭 and they’re part of a holding company, but the holding company was super super vague in their public facing benefits doc.

What’s my best approach to finding out but being anonymous? It’s more than just do they have health insurance, I want to know if it’s good, expensive, 401k match, etc etc.

Taking Concerta in the AM doesn’t give me enough coverage for the whole day. I take it the moment my alarm goes off in the morning at (usually) 6am. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't?
