I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. I have 4+ years experience but am treated as entry level.
